Post COMCAST 
A number of people who's ISP is Comcast have complained they are having trouble viewing videos. We believe Comcast is traffic shaping, ie they are throtlling users bandwidth when they visit video sites such as yuvutu.

If you are a Comcast user and experiencing such problems, please post here to share information

Our domestic IT guy (my son) has told me about Comcast's irritating practices when I was toying with the idea of switching from DSL to cable. His research suggests that it might be at least partially linked with Comcast's efforts to combat piracy at the expense of everyday users with no real dent in illegal downloading. I guess there is a substantial debate going on about enacting legislation to prevent these practices.
