To answer your question, no, this is not normal. Most women do not want their mates fucking other women--they normally want their mates all to themselves. This is for a variety of reasons such as jealousy, risk of disease, etc. If your wife would like to you fuck another woman, you may want to probe why she desires this. Is it curiosity? A feeling that she doesn't completely satisfy you? Guilt over something she's done that you don't know about?
