Hello BlondJohn *smiles* Yes, have tried all of those plus chrome as well ...... no joy on anything at all. Have had several msgs from other ppl who are having the same problem, dunno if they are posting about it though.

Admin are on it and I get sight of their IT guys thought processes which I'm happy with...... just a waiting game until something goes CLICK and we all realise what it is. Bet it's something so simple we all overlooked it. Shocked

Oh boy ....... I knew it would be something simple and it is!!

Many thanks to my friend Shiney, who worked it out and passed the info on to me.

Fixed
Hi Minx,

I think I have the solution. It's the settings for Flash Player.

To access it:

Go into Chat - like always you get the blank screen, but then,

Right-Click and click on Global Settings - this takes you to the "Flash Player Help" page.

Look under "Settings Manager" on the left - (these are your personal settings for the player)

Click on - "Global Storage Settings Panel"

Click check box for "Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer". That's it.

Somehow this has been unchecked in the update.

Reload Yutuvu site - log in and now try chat. Smile

The only thing I would add to that is that I had to reboot.

Other than that?

SHINEY FOR PRESIDENT!!
