A blank page before me,like my life.
It lies here intimidating and expectant.
It acts like a black hole to my mind.
Even now as I write I feel it filtering my thoughts.
Disecting every idea into nothingness,
Attempting so diligently to stop the lead in my hand
from cutting away at it's emptiness.
I lie here with thousands of thoughts,words and ideas
flying around in the vastness of my mind.
I stop in fear after each period,hesitate,
and try to grasp a thought,
like a spider trying to catch a falling star
in his intricate web.
Then,with a single line I form the beginning of a letter,
this letter quickly transforms into a word,
these words metamorphisize into a sentence,
and I let a breath out as I end it all
with one,very deserved,period.
I never caught that thought,
it tore through my mind like a bolt of lightning.
However,my dear reader,
at least now you can read the thunder that followed.
